Our Landlords have a duty to ensure that your property is wind and watertight and generally fit to live in.  However, tenants must use the property in a proper manner and take care of it.  We undertake to ensure repairs are attended to as reasonably quickly as possible.  Outwith normal office hours and on weekends, we operate an out-of-office emergency service.
