As one of our Landlords, our property management service
offers you a team of contractors available to fix any problems
with your Edinburgh property. In most cases, a simple phone
call to us is all that is required - we'll organise the rest.
Whether its a faulty dishwasher, a leaking shower or a
room that needs painting, we've got it covered. We also have
locksmiths, window cleaners, electricians etc. and tenants
are also given the phone numbers of our team in case of emergency.
Most situations can be solved without involving you, the
landlord, unless desired. However, if the nature of the problem
required it, we would consult with you before acting on your
behalf.
